Naturae is a range of wine without added sulfite which offers particularly pure, generous and intense aromas. Each cuvée, whose composition is reduced to the essential, expresses the character and taste of the fruit and the terroir. This wine is born from the knowledge of Gérard Bertrand and his enologists, who have a unique expertise in sulfites-free winemaking. The wines are grown according to organic standards which requires a high quality of the grapes. Naturae is also a vegan range for consumers who reject animals exploitation. Intense and fruity, Naturae will provide you a unique experience of the terroir while respecting the environment.
The vinification process is very complex, especially since we do not use sulphur or other additives. The grapes are immediately pressed, with cold must settling in order to encourage the oxide compounds in the must to stabilize naturally. Alcoholic fermentation is very quick, and takes place in a controlled environment. During fermentation the temperature is restricted to 18°C. The wine is purified by racking,
before malolactic fermentation and a further racking phase at controlled temperatures. The wines are bottled relatively early, to preserve their full aromatic character. The wines continue to mature in the bottle.
This vintage has a beautiful luminous robe with golden reflections and reveals delicate
notes of citrus fruits and white flowers. This Chardonnay is round, harmonious and
offers delicious aromas of vanilla and gingerbread. This wine is remarkably elegant and light and has a very nice balance.
Serve at 12°C as an aperitif, with pesto pasta or vegetable risotto

Our family has a tradition of "Laundry Room wine". It is wine of a high caliber that we hide in the laundry room and only tell a select few about. Those who have a discerning appreciation for tasty wines! Blanc Gris quickly became a "laundry room wine' after my husband and I discovered it on our recent vacation to the Languedoc region of France. I brought it to share with my daughter and sister-in-law who greatly appreciated this addition to our Laundry Room Wine List

I can not find this wine locally, but the nearest Costco carries it around Christmas. I think it is the perfect summer wine. It is light and not very sweet; and the bottle is exquisite. I will order again before the summer is over, I am sure.
