Winegrower’s note

This sparkling Cote des Roses rosé is unique and celebrates the Mediterranean lifestyle. It stands out with an original blend of Pinot Noir, Grenache Noir, and chardonnay, expressing all the freshness of the Pyrenean foothills combined with the sun-drenched
generosity of the Cévennes foothills, resulting in a distinctive aromatic signature.

The soil is very varied, consisting mainly of hard limestone from the garrigue, schist soils and gravel. The hot, windy climate, which is semi-arid with mild winters, promotes the ripening of the grapes and keeps them in good health, while maintaining freshness thanks
to the altitude and the effect of the sea, which mitigates the high summer temperatures.

Its bottle is unique, sculpted and with a rose-shaped finish. It is a chic sparkling wine that captures the moment, making an ordinary shared moment into an exceptional ritual, rich in emotion.

Winemaker’s note

The grapes are gently pressed to preserve their aromatic purity.

Only the heart of the press has been retained, guaranteeing finesse and precision. The first and last juices have been discarded.

The base wines, vinified with rigour, are then blended with reserve rosé wines aged for several months in barrels.

The second fermentation is followed by ageing on lees, adding complexity and texture.

Tasting notes

This Cote des Roses Brut rosé has a pale pink colour, clear and crystalline.

The nose is elegant, revealing subtle notes of fresh red berries and white flowers.

The palate is lively and tasty, with a delicate, creamy mousse; an ideal balance between freshness and roundness, revealing a silky, slightly toasted finish.
