Rules of the contest
ARTICLE 1
The SAS SPH GERARD BERTRAND (SIRET 382 338 952 0015) with a capital of 6 000 000.00€, having its head office Route de Narbonne-Plage 11100 NARBONNE, organizes from July 5th, 2020 to July 5th, 2022 free monthly contests, without obligation of purchase, "Win a stay at Château l'Hospitalet".
ARTICLE 2
There will be only one entry per person and the prize to be drawn each month from the 5th of the month to the 5th of the following month is as follows:
A stay for 2 people for 5 days, 4 nights at Château l'Hospitalet from Tuesday to Sunday including breakfast, a tasting at the boutique and two lunches or dinners with food and wine pairing at the restaurantArt de Vivre. (valid in 2021 and 2022, subject to availability, except for the months of June, July and August 2020 and 2021) worth 1000€ including tax.
ARTICLE 3
Participation must be made online at https://www.gerard-bertrand.com/pages/gagnez-un-sejour-2020-2021, filling in the appropriate form with the participant's surname, first name, postal address, email address and telephone number.
This game, with no obligation to purchase, is open to any natural person over 18 years of age, with internet access and a valid e-mail address, and residing outside Italy. The game is subject to the regulations of French law applicable to games and competitions. The organizing company may ask any participant to prove his/her age and, if necessary, disqualify a participant who cannot prove the required age. The mere fact of participating in this game implies the pure and simple acceptance, without reserve, of these rules. Failure to comply with these rules will result in automatic cancellation of participation and the possible awarding of bonuses. The rules can be consulted on the "gerard-bertrand.com" site. Participation in the game implies that the winner expressly authorises the organising company to use his or her surname, first name and town of residence for any useful advertising, whatever the medium, without any consideration other than the award of his or her prize.
Participation in this game is open to all persons excluding the staff of the organizing companies, service providers and partners for this operation, as well as their families.
Participation must be made online on the site, by filling in the appropriate form with the surname, first name, date of birth, postal address, email address and telephone number of the participant.
ARTICLE 4
Any incomplete information will be considered null and void and the winners will not be entitled to the prize money involved. In this case, a new draw will be made.
The lot described in Article 2 may not give rise to a cash countervalue, replacement, or exchange for any reason whatsoever. The game is free of charge.
ARTICLE 5
This game will result in the designation of 12 winners, under the control of the SCP Philippe LAUTIER and Thibaut Sylvestre, Bailiff, 9 rue Ernest Cognac, ZAC Bonne Source, BP 623, 11106 NARBONNE CEDEXto designate the winners of the game entitled "Win a stay at Château l'Hospitalet" will take place between the 1st and 10th of the following month.
ARTICLE 6
In the event of force majeure or health crisis, the organising company reserves the right to postpone, modify or cancel this game, to change the prize and to replace it with another of equal value if circumstances so require. The winners will be notified by personal mail within 20 days after the closing date.
ARTICLE 7
The participants authorise the organising companies to use, in the context of any advertising operation linked to this game, their surname, first name, title, postal address, email address, telephone number, photo without restriction or reservation and without this conferring on them a right to remuneration or any benefit whatsoever other than the award of the prize.
ARTICLE 8
In accordance with the law, all participants have the right to access, consult, rectify and delete any personal data concerning them, a right which they may exercise by writing to the Data Protection Officer, SAS SPH GERARD BERTRAND, Route de Narbonne Plage 11100 NARBONNE.
ARTICLE 9
Participation in the game "Win a stay at Château l'Hospitalet" implies full and complete acceptance of these rules and regulations filed in the SCP Philippe LAUTIER and Thibaut Sylvestre, Bailiff, 9 rue Ernest Cognac, ZAC Bonne Source, BP 623, 11106 NARBONNE CEDEX. The present complete set of rules will be sent free of charge to any person who requests it by sending a letter to the following address SPH Gérard Bertrand - "Win a stay at Château l'Hospitalet" - Château l'Hospitalet - Route de Narbonne- Plage - BP 20409 - 11104 NARBONNE (reimbursement of the slow rate postage stamp in force in FRANCE).
ARTICLE 10: Connection and Use :
Participation implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limitations of the Internet, the lack of protection of certain data against possible misappropriation or hacking and risks of contamination by possible viruses circulating on the network.
The organising company declines all responsibility in the event of misuse or incident related to the use of the computer, Internet access, maintenance or malfunction of the Contest servers, the telephone line or any other technical connection, and the sending of forms to an incorrect or incomplete address.
ARTICLE 11: Attribution of competence :
Participants are subject to French regulations applicable to games and competitions. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably will be submitted to the competent courts designated according to the Code of Civil Procedure.
ARTICLE 12: Literary and Artistic Property Rights
In accordance with the laws governing literary and artistic property rights, the reproduction and representation of all or part of the elements making up this Contest are strictly prohibited. The brands mentioned are registered trademarks of their respective owners.
