Château l’Hospitalet Grand Vin, a Journey to the Heart of La Clape

Between the limestone hills of the La Clape massif and the Mediterranean Sea, Château l’Hospitalet Grand Vin Blanc 2023 expresses the full richness of its terroir. A fresh, elegant and generous white wine that invites you to travel from the very first notes of the tasting.
A Terroir Between Vineyards and the Mediterranean
Located near Narbonne, Château l’Hospitalet lies at the heart of the protected La Clape massif. Once an island in the Mediterranean, this unique landscape combines limestone soils, garrigue and maritime influences.
Cultivated according to biodynamic principles since the 2017 vintage, the vines benefit from a Mediterranean climate tempered by sea breezes. This environment gives the wine its freshness, minerality and distinctive identity.
Château l’Hospitalet Grand Vin Blanc 2023
Produced from a selection of the estate’s finest plots, this vintage reveals a bright colour and remarkable aromatic complexity.
Notes of citrus fruit, pear and quince mingle with delicate hints of toasted hazelnut. On the palate, the wine is fresh and mineral, with a refined finish of acacia honey.
It is crafted from three emblematic southern French grape varieties: Bourboulenc, which brings freshness and vibrancy; Grenache Blanc, which adds roundness; and Rolle, which contributes aromatic elegance. Together, they create a fresh, saline and elegant cuvée.
A Gourmet Stopover in the Mediterranean
At the table, this great white wine naturally extends the journey. It pairs beautifully with pan-seared scallops, fish in sauce, a creamy risotto or roast poultry.
It is equally at home alongside grilled vegetables, Mediterranean tapas or simply prepared seafood.
The Tasting Moment
Served at around 11°C in a generously sized glass, the wine gradually reveals the full richness of its aromas.
With every sip, the landscapes of La Clape come into view: the warmth of the sun, the freshness of the sea breeze and the scents of the garrigue. A true Mediterranean escape in a glass.
