As the crisp fall air settles in, there's nothing better than enjoying some sweet, gooey goodness with loved ones. These Mini S'mores are the ultimate autumn treat, and if you missed the recipe earlier this month, here it is again!

What you'll need:
• Graham crackers 🍪
• Marshmallows ☁️
• Chocolate squares 🍫
• Cote des roses Rosé 🍷

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. On a baking sheet, place a layer of graham crackers topped with a piece of chocolate and a marshmallow.
  3. Bake for about 3-5 minutes until the marshmallows start to toast and the chocolate melts.
  4. Top with another graham cracker, press gently, and enjoy! ✨

For a gourmet twist, try one of these combinations:

🥜 Strawberry & Peanut S'mores: Spread peanut butter on your graham cracker, add slices of strawberries, and a square of milk chocolate for a fruity delight!

🍎 Apple & Maple S'mores: Spread some maple butter, add crunchy apple slices and pecans for an irresistible autumnal version.

🍫 Raspberry & Dark Chocolate S'mores: Opt for dark chocolate and a few fresh raspberries, topped with almonds for a more intense and elegant s’more.

🍏 Another must-try autumn recipe: Homemade apple pie

What you'll need:

🌿 For the dough:
• 250g flour
• 125g cold butter
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 60ml cold water

Mix flour, sugar, salt, and butter. Add water to form a dough, then chill for 30 minutes.

• 6-8 apples
• 150g sugar
• 2 tbsp flour
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tbsp lemon juice

Peel and slice the apples. Mix with sugar, flour, cinnamon, and lemon juice.

  1. Roll out the dough, add the apple mixture, cover with the second dough, and seal the edges. Make a few slits on top for venting. 😉
  2. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F) and bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown. ✨
  3. Our tip: Serve it warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for the ultimate autumn treat! 🍨
