Sphere captures the spirit of the South of France, elegant and friendly, in an attractive vintage of Chardonnay with subtle floral aromas. Winemaker's note
Soft and progressive pressing helps preserve the quality of the berries. Only the first juices are selected to develop this cuvée. Once fermentation is complete, the wine is left to resting to avoid oxidation and keep a maximum of endogenous carbon dioxide.
Tasting notes
Sphere Chardonnay offers an aromatic nose of white flowers that complements citrus notes. Very fine bubbles are revealed while tasting, bringing a pleasant freshness to the palate, balanced, all in finesse, with notes of white flesh fruit and citrus.
Food and Wine Pairing
For consumption between 9 and 12 ° C, with tapas and dishes from the South of France such as escalivada, grilled fishes. For international dishes, it is an ideal combination with sushi.
