Winemaker's note

Soft and progressive pressing helps preserve the quality of the berries. Only the first juicesareselectedtodevelop thiscuvée. Once fermentation is complete, the wine is left to resting to avoid oxidation and keep a maximum ofendogenouscarbondioxide.

Tasting notes

Sphere rosé is a crystalline and radiant wine. Its nose is intense and reveals aromas of small red fruits. Very fine bubbles are revealed during the tasting, bringing a pleasant freshness and lightness to the palate of a beautiful size, where we find the notes of redfruits.

Serve between 9 and 12 ° C, with tapas and dishes from the South of France such as octopus salad, spicy olives.
